All Medical Practitioners employed within Australia are covered by the 'Australian Medical Association' Agreement. For the full details of the Agreement, refer to the Health Awards and Agreements from Health Workforce Link. However , the typical terms of employment, eg contract period, working hours, rosters, etc, will vary according to the different employers.
